General terms governing the use of eeTRANS localization services.
eeTRANS provides localization, multilingual communication, and related consulting services for East Asian languages.
All quotations are provided individually based on the project requirements and remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
A project is considered accepted only after both parties have agreed on the scope of work, schedule, and pricing.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate source materials and responding to requests for clarification in a timely manner.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of the source materials, and ownership of the completed localized content transfers upon full payment.
All client materials and communications are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the client's consent.
eeTRANS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws applicable in Japan unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website.
